I’m offering a few options to CEN members that serve as a starting point to earn the right to take on larger projects.  These include:

Sales Assessment

  • Meet in-person with the VP of Sales and/or VP of Marketing to discuss sales strategy, operations, and process improvement.
  • Identify most important KPIs as to which leverage the greatest return on revenue, resources, and existing talent.
  • Review the sales playbook to determine root cause for performance gaps for highest priority KPIs.
  • Make specific, actionable recommendations that close the performance gaps as it relates to the highest priority KPIs.
  • Prioritize the recommendations with the VP of Sales.
  • Deliver the final report which serves as the action plan for key roles involves with increasing sales, revenue, and building customer relationships.

Marketing Assessment

  • Meet in-person with the VP of Marketing/and or Sales to review their strategy as it relates to brand, inbound marketing, trade shows, and social media.
  • Ensure the message to communicate the brand value proposition is aligned with the existing channels across the customer journey map.
  • Review current information assets deliver high value to customers to create more inbound leads.
  • Make specific, actionable recommendations that close the performance gaps as it relates to the highest priority KPIs.
  • Prioritize the recommendations with the VP of Sales.
  • Deliver the final report which serves as the action plan for key roles involves with increasing sales, revenue, and building customer relationships.

Systems Assessment

  • Meet in-person with the CTO and or CIO to review their strategy as it relates to sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Assess existing technology infrastructure to determine which systems, software, and tools need updated organization wide to improve workplace performance.
  • Suggest new ideas to communicate value and build the case for new adoption of technology to receive significant ROI.
  • Make specific, actionable recommendations that close the performance gaps as it relates to the highest priority KPIs.
  • Prioritize the recommendations with the CTO and or CIO.
  • Deliver the final report which serves as the action plan for key roles involves with increasing sales, revenue, and building customer relationships.

Workplace Performance Assessment

  • Meet in-person with the Head of HR to review their talent management strategy as it relates to increasing sales, workplace productivity, and the customer experience.
  • Conduct a technical skills analysis with key roles as it relates to increasing sales, workplace productivity, and improving the customer experience.
  • Review current training and delivery methodology to increase the speed of skill transfer as it relates to sales, workplace productivity, and improving the customer experience.
  • Make specific, actionable recommendations that close the performance gaps as it relates to the highest priority KPIs.
  • Prioritize the recommendations with the Head of HR.
  • Deliver the final report which serves as the action plan for key roles involves with increasing sales, revenue, and building customer relationships.
