Doug: Your information is incredible and I have to admit at first I was skeptical. While I don’t use every tip you offer (yet!) I can’t thank you enough for pointing me in the direction to a) being more efficient, b) saving time and money, c) learn cutting edge apps, and d) share with friends all the cool stuff that can be done if you just knew about it. Thank you SO VERY MUCH. BTW, $197 isn’t enough! This stuff is PRICELESS!
