Imagine if you were driving down the street and saw a for sale sign and you wanted to know the price.  Now you must call the agent or office to get the price.  If the person you call is an unlicensed assistant then you have to wait for someone to call you back.  Instead of calling you can wait to get back home and search for the home on the internet but what happens if  you misspelled a street name or left out a number on the address then what?

A cell phone is like a wallet or a watch.  We have one at our disposal at all hours to make calls, respond to emails, and text message our friends.  Texting works with websites like the weather channel, search for movies, currency exchanges and now searching for homes. The beauty is we can find one property address or by street to find the home, price, amenities, and other useful information.  Picture enabled phones can even pick up the pictures of the interior and upgrades.

Listing and buyer agents can both use this service called CellSigns.  The listing agent is given a text code for and sign riders for each home for sale that display the code.  A buyer can text the number and code for the home to access the information.  At the same time the listing agent can be notified at the same time the buyer is interested and have their cell phone to call them back.

Buyer agents that receive the leads can now call the prospect immediately and also be given a list of homes they were searching for by text messaging on a separate website.
