Why won’t they buy from me anymore?  I am spending more money on advertising, promotion, and giveaways but it is not paying off.

If you have ever said this to yourself then it probably means that you are not listening anymore to what the consumer wants.  The profile of home buyers and sellers annual report tells us what buyers and sellers want but are we adapting to what they really want?  I mean really listen.  Listen to the verbal and the non verbal communication.  Just because we get excited about our product or service doesn’t mean they are or will be.
