Having fun in Nebraska

The Nebraska REALTORS® Association hosted their fall meeting in Lincoln Nebraska which had two courses approved for continuing education:  Communicating Effectively and Managing Risk Using Social Media, and Blogging Effectively.  I arrived at midnight Tuesday night, had my two classes, and then went on Idaho that same day. Both of these courses were rewritten to enable real estate professionals to serve their clients more effectively using new forms of communication based on each own personal preferences.  At the same time it notified brokers of potential risks that could arise from engaging in social media including Fair Housing, Code of Ethics violations, intellectual property, etc. Here are the presentations from the day:
