35909659The Washington Association of REALTORS® held their annual education conference known as Edcon at the Hilton Sea-Tac Convention on October 12th. It was a tremendous day of learning and sharing some social media basics and advance concepts that were approved for continuing education in the state of Washington.

The morning started off with the Blogging Effectively class where my friend Pili Meyer introduced me. There were nearly 300 in attendance. Participants ranged from the not so tech savvy to the one’s who live, breathe, and sleep social media. As promised, here is the PowerPoint for you to review

In the afternoon we focused on  ‘Power Prospecting and Renewing Referrals Using Social Media’. We had another packed house. There were more questions about Facebook than any other social media topic. Here is that PowerPoint.

Immediately  following the afternoon course I went right to the expo to share ’20 Technology Tools in 20 minutes’ to show REALTORS® how they can get the most bang for their buck out of the latest tech innovations.

If that wasn’t enough the Washington State CRS Chapter had asked me to give a 45 minute program to share some time management and strategies to hire other local talent with their social media marketing plan.

A special thanks to @DaleChumbley, @MargoWillis, @CEOGlenn, @DaleKreiser, @TerryEp, @REALTORSandyN, and @AgentSandy for tweeting about this evening. Be sure to take a look at the Twitter conversation online at #EdCon
