I absolutely loved my visit to North Dakota even though it may have been 30 degrees at the time.  I went and bought a hat that covered my head, ears, and saved me when the temperature dropped.

North Dakota Association of REALTORS Risk Management Using Social MediaOne of the biggest challenges in explaining some of the risks associated of social media is that individuals need to have a base of knowledge of social media and how it applies to the real estate business before you can explain the risks involved.  This roadblock demonstrating the basics has been apparent in every market from California to New York City.

I had the unique opportunity to explain some of the risks associated of using social media to two markets in the state of North Dakota.  We had a one day 3 continued education approved class in Fargo and the next day in Bismarck North Dakota.
