On March 29, 2018 we made history with the Citrus Valley Association of Realtors who was the first organization to program an Amazon Alexa Skill for their conference which brings together over 600 Realtors in Southern California plus live-streamed participants out of state.
The Real Estate Revive Conference Skill is a custom programmed Alexa skill developed by Doug Devitre International, Inc. which showcases all of the questions you would want answers to all available by voice command on Amazon Alexa enabled devices.
Once you enable the skill you can say things like:
- Who is Leigh Brown (conference co-emcee)
- Who are the gold sponsors?
- Where is happy hour

Also, a big hit for at the Real Estate Revive Conference was that Alexa was the co-emcee for the event. This meant we did special voice-overs for making announcements, introducing speakers, and thanking sponsors. This helped the conference stay on time, avoid leaving key participants, out, and added an extra element that was congruent with the program.
