Who is Doug Devitre?

I’m a serial entrepreneur that started with a lemonade stand, sold candy outside Schnucks grocery markets, and earned a marketing degree to help me start a CD Resume company in college, which earned me the Entrepreneur of the Year from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2000.

Organizations bring me in when they want to dramatically improve marketing, productivity, and sales performance with the latest technology.  I’m changing the way consultants consult, coaches coach, and trainers train professionals with a creative approach to using technology focused on business outcomes.

My work as a trusted advisor in the real estate community have helped my clients achieve breakthrough results, earn awards, and shifted the way the industry implements technology for agents, brokers, franchises, and associations. In 2010 the National Association of Realtors awarded me the REBAC Hall of Fame award which is given to those who have made a significant difference as an advocate for buyer agency.

In 2013 the National Speakers Association bestowed the Certified Speaking Professional Designation which less than 20 other speakers have earned who also have real estate experience. In this community I have spoken at several conferences, been featured in SPEAKER Magazine as a columnist, and served as past president of my local NSA St. Louis chapter two years in a row.

In 2015 I wrote Screen to Screen Selling: How to Increase Sales, Productivity, and the Customer Experience With the Latest Technology which was published by McGraw Hill October 2015, the very first book to discuss how videoconferencing is used for sales, support, and training departments. This book was featured on Best-Seller TV, C-Suite Book Club, and many different media outlets listed on my press page.

Now I’m focused on Voice Marketing for Business, a brand that helps businesses learn how to use voice-assistants like Amazon Alexa to increase their reach, increase customer engagement, increase sales, and improve productivity.

    Doug – What a treat it was to meet you in Burlington, VT this week. Both (your) presentations I attended knocked my socks off, curled my hair, blew my mind, and left me wondering If I should be looking for another career. I can’t remember the last time I got so excited about new possibilities for marketing my business. Thanks for the tip about MOOCARDS…can’t wait for you to come back to VT. Were you able to meet Staige Davis of Lang Mc Laughry Spera/Lion & Davis?     They’re really convincing and will definitely work. Nonetheless, the posts are too quick for novices.
