Anyone who is involved in anything related to #voicefirst technology knows that Voice Global 2020 is one of the largest communities where industry experts gather to share their wisdom, resources, and lead by example in their specialized area of expertise. And to create an impeccable voice first experience for consumers, you need to have several different specialists involved in the planning, design, development, and deployment of that experience.
I was asked to deliver Living in a Voice First World, one of my most requested speaking programs before Screen to Screen Selling resurged March 2020. This presentation was different in that I geared it towards those outside the real estate community who are looking for ways to get involved by sharing some ideas and tools I have used in the past along with a new Amazon Alexa skill announcement.
Here is the recording.

One innovations I have been working on the last couple months was to create an experience where you could talk to your TV, receive answers from pre-recorded videos built, and assignments sent to you by text message. So I developed the Unofficial Voice Marketing for Business Amazon Alexa skill that made all flatscreen televisions and Echo show devices in a course delivery system. After you do pass through a few modules, you will be asked to pay $99/year to have access to the content we have hosted in our system.
One challenge I struggle in creating massive amounts of content to be repurposed across several different devices. Think about it. One Zoom video meeting or pre-recorded webinar is a video file that can be converted into an audio file and a product a transcript. Then you have the thumbnail image design, utterance list, and Alexa responses on top of that! All of this work suddenly became easier with this new tool I created myVIDEO.rip and you can try it out for FREE.

Earlier this month (June 2020) I delivered a program for the National Speakers Association on how professional speakers can use voice assistants in their business, many of which are solo entrepreneurs who are hired by organizations to deliver professional presentations and experiences that are now mostly virtual. At the end of my program, the conference cohosts asked me to go longer than my time slot to show everyone how I was using the technology for my virtual presentation. You can learn how to create dynamic virtual presentations in our six month bootcamp with virtual presentation coaching.
Groups inside of the real estate industry bring me in to dramatically shift the way they think about improving customer experiences with the latest technology and working with them collaboratively to position them as the innovator with their go to market strategy. And when they do, they also a world class experience with the concepts introduced in Screen to Screen Selling.
Here is how those sessions are broken down.

Let’s schedule a meeting to discuss your goals whether you are planning your next virtual conference, want to up your virtual presentation game, or interested in building voice first experiences to your brand.
