To Whom It May Concern:
When I named my training company Doug Devitre International, Inc. in 2010 it was a proclamation to become world-class in talent development. The personal investments. The sacrifices. The vision. Each of which couldn’t possible be listed on a resume or shared during a one hour interview to begin to share what I’ve done before turning 40 in December. Now I’m prepared to turn it all over to you.
When you write books or you win awards you certainly don’t do it for the money. You execute because you know you can make a positive difference in the lives that you serve. And you surely don’t do them alone. You earn them with relationships, leadership, and influence from others who have walked before you. I don’t have all the answers. But I’m abundant with questions. Questions that root from business metrics. Questions that align around business process. Questions that when have earned the right to ask, can lead to dramatic business outcomes. And I’m optimistic that soon I will be able to ask you these questions.
I believe that for Leading RE to continue its exemplary reputation for delivering world-class training that it needs to maintain an exclusive series of breakthrough value propositions other major brands have yet to deliver. This value is built from the ground up, demonstrates the strength of the network, and piques interest from growing firms that need reliance on well-integrated tools. While others try to catch up, Leading RE will be onto it its next innovation.
If you are looking for an award-winning, strategic-minded, results-driving, highly collaborative, tech-enabled, team-oriented, satisfaction-focused and culturally diverse VP of Learning then I’m confident I can help maintain the high quality talent development that Leading RE has built its reputation.
